      CEO Business Support


      We are looking for someone who thrives when interacting with others, gets energy from varying tasks and projects, and can balance strategic initiatives with operational tasks, to step into the role of CEO Business Support.

      In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to both be a member of the Strategy and Transformation Office (S&TO) and the Business Support of our CEO Rickard Gustafson.

      As part of the S&TO team, you will support the strategic and transformational agenda of SKF Group. This means you will support the strategy development and strategic projects, to continuously develop, update, and clarify our intelligent and clean strategy.

      In the role of Business Support, you will support our CEO in preparing presentations and management meetings and provide ad-hoc analysis and research. In addition to working closely with our CEO, you will frequently interact with the Group Management Team and get exposure to the Board of Directors.


      What you can expect in the role

      • Provide ad-hoc business support, analysis, and research.
      • Develop material and presentations for the CEO's internal and external use.
      • Manage assigned projects in various areas throughout all phases of planning, execution, and follow-up, ensuring delivery in line with expected goals.
      • Arrange community town halls and prepare management meetings and external events (virtually and f2f).
      • Proactively bring new ideas, take initiatives, and lead projects and activities.

      We expect you to have
      Mindset and attitude are central to this role, and to be successful you should have:

      • 1-2 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles
      • A master's degree in business, economics, or engineering
      • A proven track record of creating, organizing, and visualizing communication material
      • Professional project management skills and demonstrated success in driving projects
      • A proven track record of handling sensitive information with care

      The position holder will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
