What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage agency reporting and processing move-ins and recertifications
- Send out notices and monitor resident accounts
- Ensure compliance with HUD and LIHTC program regulations
- Utilize property management software for tenant uploads and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in low-income housing, specifically HUD Section 8 and/or LIHTC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with MSHDA COL software and tenant uploads
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Compliance certification
- Experience with Onesite Property management software or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
