- Effectively facilitate the order fulfillment process in a manner that promotes building and maintaining positive, effective relationships with customers and Team Members according to the AS9120 quality requirements.
- Understand and execute Certified Account protocol and documentation requirements.
- Regularly conduct contract review and PO receipt including quality provisions and terms and conditions of sale.
- Work closely with contract review team to ensure proper documentation and paperwork flow downs for all Certified Accounts are completed.
- Communicate with customers, Aerospace Team Members, and other Team Members to serve as liaison between all parties involved in the order fulfillment process.
- Maintain accurate customer pricing in the ERP and confirms price supports and record updates.
- Utilizes industry knowledge to provide service options to customers, and engages technical Team Members when appropriate.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in a Quality and/or Aerospace (AS9120) related field.
- Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to customer service including Aerospace grade and perishable materials.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Aerospace and Defense customers’ requirements and devotes time necessary to understand their business.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in a business-to-business account support and distribution role strongly preferred.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to identify the needs and preferences of assigned customers and to coordinate with internal support functions to meet customer needs.
- Ability to successfully research and resolve customer issues in an accurate, thorough and timely matter with minimal assistance.
- Ability to travel for training and relationship-building (10%).

We are searching for a Certified Account Coordinator to join our growing Operations Team!

As a Certified Account Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer support is provided to our certified Aerospace and Defense customers. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with customers, Commercial Team, Supply Chain Team, and other key stakeholders both in written and verbal form. The Certified Account Coordinator will perform a range of sales order entries and order administration support activities for customer accounts and acts as an expeditor between the team and AS9120 certified customers to ensure our customer commitments are achieved.
