What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach students in both classroom and skills lab settings to prepare them for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam
- Deliver established course curriculum while ensuring lab safety and monitoring student progress
- Assess students for content mastery and skills proficiency, maintaining attendance and grading records
- Troubleshoot technical issues in the classroom and track equipment usage and inventory
- Assist with content development and curriculum enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current or former Clinical Medical Assistant with at least one year of experience performing CMA tasks
- Required to hold a current CMA certification
- Minimum of five years of work experience in a patient care setting in the clinical medical assisting, LPN, or RN field
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to develop learning strategies, curriculum, and assessments for adult learners

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field
- Proven ability to provide instruction in accelerated formats for certification exam preparation
- Experience in teaching adult learners
- Familiarity with Canvas or a similar Learning Management System
