  What You Will Do

  As our Certified Dietary Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our dietary services, ensuring high-quality nutrition and dining experiences for residents. Your leadership will help drive our commitment to excellence and resident satisfaction.

  • Manage and supervise dietary staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including health and safety standards

  • Oversee food service operations including menu planning, inventory, ordering, and budgeting

  • Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to meet the dietary needs of residents

  • Maintain accurate records and participate in quality assurance initiatives

  • Foster a warm, welcoming dining environment aligned with Kendal’s values

  What You Bring

  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential through ANFP (Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals)

  • Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare or senior living environment preferred

  • Strong knowledge of dietary regulations and nutrition standards for long-term care

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Commitment to resident-centered service and continuous improvement
