Manage and supervise dietary staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including health and safety standards

Oversee food service operations including menu planning, inventory, ordering, and budgeting

Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to meet the dietary needs of residents
-
Maintain accurate records and participate in quality assurance initiatives

Foster a warm, welcoming dining environment aligned with Kendal’s values
-
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential through ANFP (Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals)
-
Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare or senior living environment preferred

Strong knowledge of dietary regulations and nutrition standards for long-term care

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Commitment to resident-centered service and continuous improvement
