You will be responsible for the consistent, high quality facilitation of the CES Certified Modules throughout UK with confidence, strong communication skills and a strong capability to engage with diverse audiences with varying levels of knowledge. Embodying the CES Values of ‘Passion, Excellence, Growth mind set, feedback and coaching culture’ and believing passionately in delivering a better employee engagement culture for our business and for our customers.

You will be critical to the successful deployment of Certified across our organisation and a crucial consociate for engagement, learning and communication reaching all of our employees to the same high standard. This role will have a good understanding of the module objectives and how the module supports the DHL Parcel UK Strategy, expansion plans, attracting talent, retention and succession.

As the Certified Facilitator, your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include the following:

• Ensure facilitation, environment and materials delivered are implemented uniformly across all parts of the business and are consistent with Global framework so all employees have the same experience.
• Identify resistance and manage change through motivating and influencing others.
• Reinforce the Certified messages in order to align our people with the company strategy and goals.
• Work alongside the Certified wider team to deploy the Certified modules with skill, professionalism, passion and enthusiasm, enabling the operation to really gain the rewards of strong employee engagement.

• Customer and service orientated.
• Understanding of the DHL Parcel business model and processes.
• Ability to build a strong and effective network within their BU and across the UKI operation.
• Highly motivated and energetic while active listener.
