What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in providing exceptional patient care within the ambulatory hub
- Perform medical tasks such as phlebotomy and maintaining aseptic techniques
- Support the medical reception team with scheduling and patient inquiries
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be bilingual in Korean and English
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program or equivalent education for Medical Receptionist
- BCLS training and current certification required from the American Heart Association for Certified Medical Assistants
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or completion of a related specialty program preferred for Medical Receptionist
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting as a Medical Assistant or Medical Receptionist
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
