What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide nursing care and support for residents, including physical observation and behavior modification
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) for residents
- Conduct vital sign checks and complete cleaning assignments
- Support new admissions and discharges
- Adhere to the center's mission of delivering quality care for Veteran residents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a current Certified Nursing Assistant License in the state of Virginia
- CPR certification upon hire or willingness to obtain
- Availability to work 2 days per week with rotating weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with elderly or disabled individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
