What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform personal care needs for patients, promptly attending to their requests
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and daily living activities (ADLs)
- Report significant changes in patients' conditions to the Registered Nurse Case Manager
- Assist patients with mobility and exercises as instructed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and tidy living space for patients, adhering to care standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active CNA license in the state of employment
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided
- Current CPR certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of experience in home health or hospice care
- Self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Empathetic approach towards the needs of ill, injured, frail, and impaired individuals
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
