What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide personal care tasks such as bathing, oral hygiene, and changing bed linens
- Assist patients with dressing, undressing, and feeding as assigned
- Take and record vital signs as ordered by the Registered Nurse
- Report significant changes in patient conditions to the Registered Nurse Case Manager
- Conduct range of motion exercises and assist with patient ambulation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Successful completion of state-established training and competency evaluation programs
- At least one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of home health or hospice experience
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently
- Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and impaired
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrates tact, patience, and good personal hygiene
