What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist residents with basic personal care and activities of daily living
- Escort residents to and from meals and events
- Complete daily charting and documentation
- Report any changes in resident status to the supervisor
- Utilize appropriate equipment to assist in resident mobility as per the care plan

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, and follow directions
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program
