      Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Sitter

      Experience success from day one with this PRN opportunity as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a research institute in The Villages, FL that will equip you to succeed! On top of a $22/hr pay rate, you will also enjoy a welcome orientation with a personal shadowing experience to help you acclimate to the facility.

      MORE ABOUT THE CNA CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT POSITION:

      CareerStaff Unlimited partners with companies around the country to raise the bar in healthcare by setting new standards for quality care and personalized service. Responsibilities for this Registered Nurse opportunity include, but are not limited to:

      1. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
      2. Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
      3. Provide continuous observation and monitoring of patients enrolled in clinical trials
      4. Document all observations, vital signs, and patient interactions accurately and promptly
      5. Report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the supervising nurse or medical staff
      6. Offer compassionate support and companionship to patients with neurological conditions, including those with early Alzheimer's or dementia
      7. Work closely with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
      8. Provide support during crisis situations, maintaining a calm and reassuring presence

      JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CNA CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT:

      1. 1 year of clinical experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
      2. ACLS issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
      3. Must be eligible to work in the United States
      4. CNA license in FL
      5. BLS issued by the AHA
