What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist adults with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Keep accurate electronic records of client care
- Administer medications and prepare meals, assisting with feeding as needed
- Support community outings and client engagement in educational and skill-building activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in the State of Montana
- Dependable and reliable, with a passion for helping others
- Strong communication skills in English, including proficiency in electronic communication
- Must pass all required background checks
- Drug testing required in accordance with Montana State Law

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Possession of a valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record preferred
- Evening shift availability is preferred for this role
