What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist residents in activities of daily living to promote independence and mobility
- Use proper lift and transfer techniques in accordance with residents' care plans
- Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration among residents
- Document resident care accurately according to organizational policies
- Report any changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse

What is Required (Qualifications):
- State of Kansas Nurse's Aide Certification
- Knowledge of and ability to perform all aspects of resident care
- Ability to transfer residents safely according to care plans
- Understanding of safety procedures and infection control practices
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in an assisted living or healthcare environment
- Familiarity with ADL computer systems
- Training in abuse prevention and resident rights policies
