What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence and mobility
- Utilize proper lifting and transfer techniques according to individual care plans
- Monitor residents’ nutrition and hydration, providing assistance as needed
- Document care accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with policies
- Complete assigned duties and adhere to safety and infection control practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- State of Kansas Nurse's Aide Certification
- Ability to perform all aspects of resident care
- Knowledge of safety procedures and infection control practices
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Capability to follow and carry out requests from the charge nurse

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting providing resident care
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with residents and team members
- Ability to work effectively under stress and prioritize tasks
