What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence and mobility
- Use proper lifting techniques to transfer residents according to their care plans
- Monitor and encourage residents' nutrition and hydration intake
- Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety and infection control practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- State of Kansas Nurse's Aide Certification
- Ability to perform all aspects of resident care
- Knowledge of safety procedures and infection control practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions from the Charge Nurse
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and staff

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting
- Familiarity with ADL computer systems and documentation practices
- Ability to work effectively under stress and prioritize multiple tasks
