What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide supportive care to residents under the supervision of the Charge Nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
- Use proper lifting techniques to transfer residents according to their care plans
- Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration intake for residents
- Document care and changes in resident conditions as per facility policy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- State of Kansas Nurse's Aide Certification
- Ability to perform all aspects of resident care effectively
- Knowledge of safety procedures and infection control practices
- Understanding of resident rights and confidentiality policies
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with computer systems used for documenting care
