What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide attentive care to residents based on their individual plans and needs
- Communicate with licensed nurses regarding resident care updates and shift reports
- Assist residents with transportation to activities and appointments
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Document activities of daily living (ADL) by the end of each scheduled shift

What is Required (Qualifications):
- NYS Certified Nursing Assistant credentials and experience working with older adults
- High school diploma or equivalent, with reading, comprehension, and writing skills at the 12th-grade level or higher
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and performing duties that require bending, walking, and standing
- Must be punctual and adhere to the daily work schedule
- Commitment to maintaining certification and re-certification requirements as set by regulation
