What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Listen to shift report attentively in order to set priorities of resident care
- Follow resident assignment sheet that contains a plan of care
- Report pertinent resident care information to licensed nurse throughout shift
- Provide transportation to residents for activities and appointments as assigned
- Perform treatments per CNA certification under the direction of a licensed nurse

What is Required (Qualifications):
- NYS Certified Nursing Assistant credentials
- Experience working with older adults
- High school diploma or equivalent with reading, comprehension, and writing ability at a 12th-grade level or higher
- Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand
- Ability to occasionally lift loads of 50 pounds without assistance
