What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and teach online courses in health professions education while ensuring inclusivity and accessibility
- Support faculty and students in doctoral research project planning and data analysis
- Advise fellow faculty in data analysis techniques and methodologies
- Conduct professional scholarship and service activities to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure equitable course delivery practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctoral degree and/or PhD with at least 18 credit hours in higher education curriculum and instruction
- Minimum of 2 years of online teaching experience in higher education
- At least 2 years of experience in online course development focused on inclusivity
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, including SPSS
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching diverse student populations, including those from underrepresented groups

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical background and experience in teaching health professions education and research methods
- Coursework or professional development in DEI-related topics
- Experience conducting primary research on health disparities or social determinants of health
- History of professional presentations and peer-reviewed publications related to health professions education
