What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and teach online courses in health professions education with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility
- Support faculty and students in doctoral research project planning and data analysis
- Advise fellow faculty in data analysis techniques and methodologies
- Conduct professional scholarship and service activities that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure equitable course delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctoral degree and/or PhD with at least 18 credit hours in higher education curriculum and instruction
- Minimum of 2 years of online teaching experience in higher education
- Proven experience in teaching health professions education and conducting primary research
- At least 2 years of experience in online course development, focusing on inclusive learning materials
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical background and experience in teaching health professions education and research methods
- Coursework or professional development in DEI-related topics
- Experience conducting primary research on health disparities or social determinants of health
- A history of professional presentations and/or peer-reviewed publications addressing DEI issues
- Additional expertise in interprofessional education (IPE) and/or teaching with simulation
