      Chain Execution Manager

      The Chain Execution Manager reports to the Regional Director and is responsible for volume growth in key chain markets by driving National Accounts’ programming execution plus developing business in local chains. The role is a unique blend of selling to decision-makers in stores, as well as at the corporate level.

      The successful candidate will reside within either the Dallas or Houston areas and will be responsible for all business generated within the state of Texas.

      Responsibilities (but not limited to):

      • Field selling at the outlet level (selling in stores) including outlet-level sell-in of displays/new items/etc., distributors, crew drives, and DMs/Operations personnel within National Account customers
      • Call on local chains; work side-by-side with sales and chain team to set Ranger SIs including store inventory, ad-to-display conversion, new item placements, and close distribution voids.
      • Develop relationships with key account decision makers and key distributor chain personnel; attend meetings as needed
      • Participate in distributor business reviews; assist sales team in setting clear distributor objectives
      • Program development that drives in-store growth
      • Participate in some in-store samplings, events, etc.


      Desired Skills/Experience (but not limited to):

      • 3-5 years of related experience with chains, field sales, and distributor management
      • Advanced computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
      • Ability to travel about 25% of the time.
      • Squeaky Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to drive an automobile

      Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

      Starting Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
