Lead the analysis, decision formulation, recommendations and roll out strategy and plan on behalf of the Change Delivery Lead and the TMO for a single source of data tool (ie JIRA/Planview) to enable Aviva Canada to move to a single source data approach to effectively and efficiently manage the Change Portfolio sustainably for the future
Deliver high quality reporting and insights through efficient data extracts, design and management of underlying data sources, reporting automation / maintenance and insight and challenge to CIO areas.
Manage the underlying data sources on behalf of the TMO to allow quick and efficient data extracts to support analysis across a number of requirements as directed by the Change Delivery Lead. This includes pro-active participation in forums and committees driving continuous improvement
Understanding of wide range of data source and ability to interpret results into a format that can be tailored to different stakeholder groups
Deliver data analysis that can be consumed by different levels of management to inform timely decisions and actions of any risks or issues across the Portfolio.
Acquiring consistent input data from the agreed single data source for Aviva Canada and articulating progress, early warning indicators and issues through consistent, accurate and appropriate reporting
Portfolio and Transformation support: producing analysis around the Change Portfolio as required by the Change Delivery Lead and/or the TMO
Providing support to the TMO (and the subsequent IT and Business functions involved within he Change Portfolio) to establish and monitor key controls and key performance indicators (on costs, risks, progress, resourcing etc) and ensure these underpin critical decision-making, applying the standard models, tools and processes developed within the TMO
Proactive Risk management; assistance with Risk workshops & facilitation of other workshops as appropriate; Identify, own and manage the specific key risks and/or IT controls and BP standards that the TMO are identified as the owner and/or nominee for on iCARE or Archer
Ensure that issues and actions associated to controls / risks are remediated in a timely manner
Ensure that controls are sufficiently well designed and operating effectively to keep the risks that they mitigate within Aviva's tolerance level
Report and escalate the status of the relevant risks, controls and standards as appropriate
Experience of large-scale organisational change, considering customer, market and internal factors
Proven problem-solving skills
Excellent written and presentation communication skills
Good awareness of risk, control & governance requirements and ideally have worked in a highly regulated environment
Comfortable in a complex / ambiguous environment, working at pace and at times to tight deadlines
Ability to build strong relationships with both peers and senior partners
Ability to manage both complexity and volume of demand
Understanding of the Canada business areas and marketplace
Understanding of the risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage and mitigate these risks. To include non-compliance with legislative / regulatory requirements or Group policies, assessing risk appetite and potential impact on the function and Canadian business
Resilient to challenge at the most senior level whilst building and maintaining relationships

We are looking for a Change Analyst to directly support our Change Delivery Lead in the provision of leadership accountabilities through the Transformation Management Office (TMO) at Aviva.
The selected candidate will be able to apply data analytical skills and implement processes to support the performance management of the Aviva Canada Change Portfolio including resource, portfolio, financial and risk & control analytics in order to drive delivery health.
