What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and implement change management strategies and operational plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
- Partner on and facilitate needs assessments to identify change requirements
- Draft and implement communications related to change initiatives
- Process feedback and analyze data regarding the effectiveness of change activities and adoption
- Assist in the creation of training programs, including requirements, design, and delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid understanding of how people experience change and familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis practices
- Excellent active listening skills and ability to establish strong relationships
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player who can work collaboratively with others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with change models and project management approaches
- Familiarity with the phases of the project life cycle
