      • Update and maintain internal project management tools to track progress and execution.
      • Support governance activities by preparing status updates, project reports, and executive summaries.
      • Act as a liaison between Change Management and solution-focused project managers to ensure seamless integration of the change management plan with the overall project plan.
      • Support analytics of the stakeholder assessment process and change readiness surveys, such as change readiness assessments.

      What you will bring

      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Change Management or a related field.
      • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in organizational change or ERP implementations.
      • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills to navigate complex change efforts.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficient in project management tools.

This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting.
