      The Opportunity
      The Workforce Advisory (WFA) team in EY Consulting is expanding and we are looking for a skilled Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for working on Digital Transformation programs typically as a Change Manager or Change Lead, supporting our clients in achieving successful outcomes and ensuring business benefits realization.

      You will work in multidisciplinary and often international project teams. And of course you will be part or the local WFA team of professionals, where we value openness and helpfulness and of course good fun!       Your key responsibilities
      You will be at the forefront of delivering digital transformation program, utilizing EY’s unique
      humans@center thinking. Your main responsibilities will include:

      • Acting as a Change Lead for digital transformation projects using for example our state of the art Change Experience and Bricks, Bytes, and Behaviors approaches . This includes, but is not limited to, SAP implementation projects, digital transformations and operating model transformation projects.

      • Guiding organizations in designing better working experiences from an organizational, process, leadership, culture, and operating model perspective.

      • Developing and maintaining productive relationships with the client project team, and collaboratively working towards finding new business opportunities related to digital transformations.

      Skills and attributes for success

      • Experience of leading change streams in digital transformations (min. 5 years)

      • Strong communication skills in Finnish and English

      • Design thinking and Business value mentality

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      • A high level of motivation and positive learning attitude

      • Flexibility and adaptability

      • A University level degree (required) and a Change Management certificate (preferred)

      • We additionally value, but don’t require, previous experience from SAP projects, ServiceNow programs or finance operating model transformations

      As a Manager, you should be tech-savvy, at ease in complex projects, and deliver high-quality services while managing client expectations. You will be expected to have professional knowledge of Change Management, modern ways of working, concepts and technologies, and actively learn more. Additionally, you should be able to develop and maintain productive relationships with the client project team, manage expectations of our services, and collaboratively work towards finding new business opportunities.
