      Your Role

      We're looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager (Remote) to grow our consumer product line in the U.S. market. You'll manage relationships with major retailers like Best Buy, Costco, and Walmart-driving sales, optimizing product placement, and executing strategic partnerships.

      This role is fully remote, but you must be U.S.-based.

      What You'll Do
      Drive Growth - Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
      Own Key Accounts - Manage and grow partnerships with major national retailers.
      Negotiate Smart - Secure the best terms, pricing, and promotions to boost sales.
      Shape Retail Strategy - Work with marketing teams to create channel-specific campaigns.
      Analyze & Optimize - Monitor performance, market trends, and competition to refine tactics.
      Strengthen Partnerships - Build relationships that align with our brand and sales objectives.
      Ensure Supply Flow - Coordinate with logistics teams for smooth product availability.
      Hit Revenue Targets - Manage the sales pipeline and forecast growth.
      Represent the Brand - Attend trade shows, industry events, and retailer meetings.

      What You Bring

      5+ years in channel sales or retail sales management (consumer electronics preferred).
      Hands-on experience working with Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, or similar retailers.
      Strong understanding of sales strategies, merchandising, and retail marketing.
      Negotiation pro - skilled in securing deals and maximizing product visibility.
      Self-driven & results-focused - able to work remotely while collaborating with a global team.
      Passion for technology and consumer electronics.

      Compensation & Perks

      Base Salary: $80,440 - $130,000 (based on experience)
      Performance Bonus: Additional 7-month bonus based on sales goals
      Year-End Bonus: Avg. 1.3x monthly salary in global company bonus program
      Salary Review: Performance-based, twice a year (starting after one year)
