      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, maintain, and win relationships with assigned agents and referral partners
      - Train agents on company products, services, and business processes
      - Complete sales proposals and associated documentation in a timely manner
      - Attend sales meetings and sales training sessions as required by senior staff
      - Provide market intelligence and competitive pricing insights to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 4 years of prior experience in channel or technology sales
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
      - Sales experience in the telecommunications or IT services industry
      - Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, customers, and vendors

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with co-location, internet, and telephony services
      - Experience using CRM software proficiently
      - Ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audiences
      - Knowledge of industry terminology and practices
      - Strong ability to assess and validate agent and referral partner needs
