What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from home
- Connect with individuals over the phone and provide support and resources
- Build rapport and engage clients
- Assess risk and document interactions
- Provide available resources and develop safety plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited program with a graduate degree in a behavioral health field
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state licensing board requirements
- Reside in North Carolina and hold one of the following licenses: LCSW-A, LMFTA, LPCA, LCMHCA, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCMHC
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in crisis intervention or counseling in a behavioral healthcare setting
