What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retrieve and upload medical records at local healthcare facilities using provided equipment and processes
- Maintain communication with the regional support team to ensure efficient operations
- Drive between sites to complete appointments, ensuring punctuality and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during chart retrieval
- Adhere to professional standards in attire and communication while on-site or during virtual meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the Tampa Metro area
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills, including document scanning, file management, and secure uploads
- Proven reliability and ability to follow directions effectively
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal, insured vehicle

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to lift and maneuver medical equipment weighing up to 45 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn through a structured training program
- Availability for at least three consecutive workdays between 8 am and 5 pm
