What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage platform to assist customers
- Consult with customers to enhance the value of their contact lens purchases
- Maintain proactive communication with managers and team members in a virtual environment
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Identify and resolve issues to create a positive customer experience while meeting performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Proficient typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
- Reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload
- Ability to maintain a private, dedicated workspace free from interruptions
