Job Description

As a Chatbot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing chatbots using the Microsoft BOT Framework, Power Virtual Agent, Cognigy platform. You will work closely with our internal customers to understand their business needs and create chatbots that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for testing, deploying, and maintaining the chatbots to ensure their optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop chatbots using the leading Conversational AI platforms (Microsoft BOT Framework, Power Virtual Agent, Cognigy )
• Work with internal departments and partners to gather requirements and create chatbot solutions
• Holistic assistance in Bot Development Life Cycle, from first customer meeting to GoLive
• Test and deploy chatbots to ensure their optimal performance
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for chatbots
• Work collaboratively with other developers and stakeholders
• Support departments in evaluating chatbot use case requests and technological fit
• Stay up-to-date with the latest chatbot development trends and technologies

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience developing chatbots (conversational solution developer) Conversa
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Virtual Agents or similar platforms, including creating chatbot flows, using entities, and integrating with external systems
• Knowledge about MS Bot Framework, MS Bot Composer, Azure Cognitive Services, Docker Container, Azur DevOps
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, HTML5 or JavaScript
• Experience in Web – and Cloud technologies, like for example HTTP(S), REST
• Interest in (Conversational) AI, ChatGPT, artificial programming companions
