What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Stay informed about product specifications and provide positive and patient customer support
- Work in tandem with the quality and training team to meet performance expectations
- Maintain open communication with team members and managers for support and development
- Utilize email communication templates for client interactions
- Accurately enter information and document client interactions in the call center database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in a live chat environment
- Retail sales experience, preferably in an ecommerce environment
- Excellent data entry skills (45-55 wpm minimum)
- Computer literate and internet savvy
- Experience with windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools preferred
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to deliver quality customer service in a high-volume environment
- Empathetic and active listening skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
