      Our Team :

      The GBS (Global Business Services) mission is to contribute to CHC simplification by developing and implementing a new operating model to execute some of the financial & accounting processes (Account-to-Report, Customer-Invoicing-to-Cash, Source-to-Value, Master Data Management, among others). GBS aims to deliver efficiency by leveraging best in class methodologies and strategically contributing to CHC simplification, while driving mindset and cultural changes. The purpose of this role is to:

      • Drive GBS benchmark exercise to ensure most of the best practices “best-in-class” working on have being embedded in GBS target processes (A2R, Ci2C, S2V, PPLS, CFFS, MDM) and monitor in coordination with key stakeholders the subsequent roadmap.

      • Ensure alignment and execution of the overall GBS strategy using Balance Score Card methodology

      • Closely interact with Global Service Line Heads to ensure appropriate KPIs are implemented and followed-up.

      • Monitor & Report on GBS Performance to the GBS management, hub management & regional leads & facilitate the identification of improvement areas to drive transformation & efficiency..

      • Ensure the right technologies are selected and are fit for the purpose of decision making and ensure optimized enablement to achieve cost efficiencies and service delivery performance.

      The following details activities will be the main activities of the role:

      Strategy:

      • Focus on the strategic agenda of the GBS organization using Balance Score Card methodology - a mix of financial and non-financial data items (divided into four "perspectives" - Financial, Customer, Internal Process, and Learning & Growth)

      • Build focused set of measurements to monitor performance against objectives. Consolidate & report main milestones progresses to GBS Leadership Team

      • Measure and monitor progress towards strategic targets.

      Benchmark:

      • Partner with Hackett and/or other vendors to lead the benchmark exercise

      • Facilitate data capture for baselining by interacting with Global and Regions Functions and escalade when need be

      • Drive transversal change management in Global Processes based on benchmarking data

      KPI, Analytics & Reporting:

      • Partner with Global Service line heads to define reporting templates on agreed KPIS & other additional indicators relevant to identify inefficiency & improve the process

      • Prepare & communicate to appropriate stakeholders on GBS performance

      About You

      • 6-8 years of Business Analysis and Performance Management is a must

      • Postgraduate/MBA in Strategy, Finance or Analytics with advance Computer skills and Power BI expertise

      • Strong skills relationship management and partner engagement

      • Strong leadership and management skills

      • Effective business partnering and customer relations management

      • Effective collaboration skills with peers, stakeholders and partners across the organization

      • Strong problem-solving skills. Need to look at requests / problems and recommend solutions to ensure transition is delivered on time & on budget

      • Strategic thinking and prioritizing capacity

      • High capacity and willingness to learn about multiple disciplines

      • Fluency in English mandatory / French and other European languages are a plus
