Job Description

- Strategic: Ensure sustained successful project outcomes.
- Tactical: Responsible for ensuring successful project delivery by planning for & managing
- Set-up of Project organization: support finalization of project organization for smooth implementation.
- Supporting large scale implementations within multiple regions using a project management tool.
- India-hub implementation:support the design of run-mode governance, project governance, and consultant team with transition team to set-up the Captive center. Also challenge & drive improvement to the Transition Methodology to reflect risks in the project.
- Digital landscape and User Access: coordinate the consolidated planning reflecting the ERP & ITS landscape roadmap. Ensure access for all users.
- Consultancy Partner management: launch RFP and coordinate with Procurement for selection. – and including any negotiation supported needed. Provides full support to management in all RFP and partner selection and management matters.
- Staffing: contribute to methodology & recruitment tracking for TOM positions with close coordination with People & Culture team and ensure we are aligned with local social partners where required.
- Project Financial Management:
Budget Management: F1, F2, F3, Budget and Long-Range Plan
Track actual expense vs. Budget
Works with controlling to ensure that the SAGA guidelines are followed as to what is an operational excellence expense
- Monitor execution of Workplan with availability of agreed actionable deliverables as
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, resource issues with possible impact on the conduct of the project.
- Governance: Responsible for project governance such as reporting, risk mitigation, risk escalation, financial and status meetings, and steering committee meetings.
- Ensure full collaboration with the different stakeholder at Global and Local levels on the definition of the TOM as well as on the execution of the priorities and strategy.
- Ensure alignment between end-to-end process/systems strategy and TOM, assess dependencies with end-to-end process standardization projects and core model projects, maturity of processes/activities to be done by CHC teams or external specialist and build roadmap accordingly.
- Organize communication and alignment meetings with the stakeholders to ensure buy-in and achievement of set goals.
- Capacity to challenge all stakeholders in the programme, to interact with senior management and propose solutions and recommendations to be considered by stakeholders.
- Proven track record as project leader with Finance background / experience, preferably in
- Excellent communication in English and networking & interpersonal skills
- Strong process knowledge with ability to redefine processes from end to end to support Business needs
- Strong experience in Finance, and Business Services
- Good technical skills;
- Effective collaboration skills with peers, stakeholders and partners across the organization
- High level of Interpersonal/ communication skills with an ability to communicate and present
- at different levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills to resolve critical issues and ensure programs stay on track;

This is project position part of CHC Global Business Services (GBS).
The purpose of the role is to: The GBS mission is to contribute to CHC simplification by developing and implementing a new operating model within Sanofi Consumer Healthcare. GBS aims to deliver efficiency by leveraging best in class methodologies and strategically contributing to CHC simplification, while driving mindset and cultural changes.
For that purpose, GBS PMO is a key member to support CHC in building FMCH Fit for Purpose Core Model & processes by supporting creation of Center of Excellence (CoE). Therefore, the Central Project Management Officer has key mission:
