What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site technical service support related to chemical performance for customers
- Conduct chemical audits, volumetric analysis, and optimize chemical usage at customer sites
- Manage time effectively to efficiently follow routes and complete assigned tasks
- Assist in chemical customer satisfaction through regular visits and evaluations
- Deliver emergency chemical services and assist operations with delivery and route management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years related work experience within chemistry, lab, chemicals, or car wash industry
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- General computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience in technical training for customers and inside sales professionals
- Familiarity with industry competition, emerging technology, and marketing trends
