What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate all matters related to financial management and operations across the System
- Analyze effectiveness of Division finance functions and recommend process improvements
- Oversee all components of student financial aid compliance and manage Business Office functions
- Actively participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives for the System
- Lead financial planning and analysis for the Rasmussen Division, ensuring optimal resource utilization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of higher education and/or executive leadership experience
- Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting and compliance
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in a higher education setting or for-profit public company
- Proven track record of successful financial management within a complex organization
- Familiarity with GAAP, SEC, and SOX standards
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
