      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical leadership for the deployment of drives and motors technologies in industrial systems
      - Assess and define optimum technical solutions for new applications
      - Develop and integrate performance criteria for drives and motors to meet client requirements
      - Prepare documentation and specifications for clients and sub-suppliers
      - Offer technical consulting and training to engineering teams to ensure successful project execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 10 years' experience in the application of drives and motors in the industrial systems market
      - Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients and suppliers
      - Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access, software programming languages, and simulation tools
      - Availability to travel approximately 50% of the time, domestically and internationally

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master of science degree in electrical engineering
      - 10 years' experience in commissioning or operation of industrial systems process automation systems
      - 5 years' experience in process automation analysis/modeling
      - Knowledge of the employer's metals models and power electronic product families
