      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the management and successful implementation of a proprietary child assessment tool
      - Design and implement comprehensive child assessment frameworks aligned with curriculum goals and standards
      - Conduct pilots or surveys to evaluate student growth and outcomes
      - Manage research projects focused on improving and measuring child outcomes
      - Collect and interpret data from assessments to ensure children's progress and growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education
      - At least 3 years of experience working with child assessment tools, data, and research in early childhood
      - Strong knowledge of child development and early care and education programs
      - Excellent verbal communication and writing skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
      - 3 years of professional experience in multi-site, multi-state early care and education delivery/operations
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects independently
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications
      - Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to balance urgency with quality
