What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the management and successful implementation of the proprietary child assessment tool
- Design and implement comprehensive child assessment frameworks that align with curriculum goals and standards
- Conduct pilots or surveys to test student growth and outcomes
- Manage research projects focused on improving and measuring child outcomes
- Collect and interpret data about assessments to ensure children's progress and growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or Child Development
- 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education
- 3 years of experience working with child assessment tools, data, and research in early childhood
- Very knowledgeable about child development and early care and education programs
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills, including editing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
- 3 years of professional experience working for multi-site, multi-state early care and education delivery/operations
- Strong customer service orientation
- Skilled with MS Office
- Resilient and flexible with a strong growth mindset
