What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise the implementation of Child Nutrition policies and guidelines set by USDA and TDA
- Monitor YES Prep cafeterias to ensure compliance with health department guidelines
- Plan and conduct National Child Nutrition events and campus-specific nutrition initiatives
- Manage student eligibility processes and assist with federal and state application formatting
- Ensure operational functionality of Child Nutrition technology and provide onsite support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for campus visits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds and maintain confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- Bilingual in Spanish
