- Providing exemplary customer service with a professional demeanor.
- Exchange of cash and distributing chips to guests.
- Assisting players who wish to color up, taking their small-denomination chips and exchanging them for larger denominations.
- Assisting dealers and supervisors in the starting, combining, and breaking of games.
- Ensuring the safety and security of team members and guests by notifying management of any suspicious or unusual activities.
- Attending training and meetings when required.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of work area, including the collection of chip trays and returning them to designated areas.
- Excellent customer service skills.

- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

The chip runner works with bankers, floor supervisors, and poker dealers to ensure a favorable guest experience from beginning to end.
