What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, design, acquire, and implement voice and data network services for Call Center/Contact Center technology
- Evaluate business requirements to develop and implement effective solutions
- Manage infrastructure related to voice and data networks, ensuring performance and supportability
- Provide advanced customer support for existing call center tools and technologies
- Participate in on-call rotation for off-hours support of end users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience
- Experience with IP networks, internet technologies, and complex technical environments
- Proficiency in Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UCCE, Engage Call Recording, QCI, and VoIP technologies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with project management capabilities

- Experience handling small projects and working in a network/telecommunications project team approach
