Departments include Building Division, City Manager’s Office, City Recorder, Community Development, Economic Development, Finance, Fire, Human Resources, Library, Municipal Court, Parks and Recreation, Police, and Public Works. The City operates under the Mayor-Council form of government with the Mayor and six City Councilors elected at large. The City Manager is hired by the City Council to oversee the day-to-day operations of the City.
