What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage activities on multiple transportation improvement projects throughout the design and construction phases
- Serve as a resource and advisor to project leaders, providing guidance and support
- Oversee project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance
- Function as a construction and/or design leader for complex projects as needed
- Ensure continuity and compliance with project specifications and standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A valid Professional Engineering registration, with the ability to obtain a Wisconsin PE registration within 3 months if registered in another state
- Detail-oriented critical thinking skills to manage complex projects
- Proven ability to work independently and exercise discretion and judgment
- Effective communication skills for advising and coaching team members
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as required
