What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage activities on multiple transportation projects, ensuring continuity during the design phase
- Act as a project manager for the design of transportation improvement projects, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance
- Serve as a resource to the design team, providing input on plans and specifications
- Oversee complex construction projects, exercising independent discretion and judgment
- Direct and coach team members on project-related tasks and responsibilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid Professional Engineering registration, with the ability to obtain Wisconsin PE registration within 3 months if registered in another state
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience in managing transportation infrastructure projects
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment
