What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide management for public and private land development projects, including schedule, budget, client communication, and overall project design
- Mentor and oversee the design work of junior staff members
- Solicit work with new and existing clients; write proposals and conduct interviews
- Manage multiple projects and maintain effective communications with clients
- Ensure quality control and compliance within project scope

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Active California Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience working with Civil 3D software
- Expertise in design and calculations for drainage facilities, grading, street improvements, and water, sewer, and storm drain systems

- Previous work experience in architecture, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, or planning firms
