What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide pre-award acquisition support for transportation projects
- Assist in source selection activities and technical evaluations
- Configure and utilize the FedSelect tool for source selection processes
- Analyze and improve acquisition policies and procedures
- Develop strategies for implementing new acquisition initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of two (2) years of pre-award acquisition experience, including source selection support
- Experience in civil engineering through education or work experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with FedSelect or similar source selection evaluation tools
- Familiarity with construction and/or Architecture and Engineering (A&E) services procurements
