What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure quality outcomes for land development projects
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and local government officials throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate work with staff and design team members, reviewing design aspects such as landscape layouts and grading plans
- Conduct quality control checks and manage project budgets to ensure successful project completion
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver important projects on time and within budget

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, or equivalent training/experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land/site development, including utilities, drainage, quality control, and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to occasionally travel overnight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape Architect (LA) license is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding project expectations
