Starting salary is between $45,841.25 - $53,707.50 annually, $22.75 - $26.25/hour. B ecause work-life-balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week ! Our Claims Associates are committed to helping our customers through the claims process while providing Remarkable® service. This includes:

• Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers within a fast paced, call center environment
• Supporting our customers through personalized, caring, and simple interactions
• Proactively investigating claims
• Applying policy coverage
• Accurately documenting claim files

Several of our Claims teams are hiring, and you may be considered for multiple opportunities where your skills and qualifications align.

Exceptions to the time in role commitment period may be considered on an individual basis, consistent with business needs and management approval.
