What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact insured and claimant within 24 hours of file receipt and respond to all communications within 24 hours
- Manage a high inventory of claims while ensuring timely completion of each file
- Evaluate and negotiate settlements for assigned claims under supervision
- Coordinate inspections and manage field investigation tasks assigned to independent vendors
- Maintain documentation and control of workflow through proper diary systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years of related insurance adjuster or recovery specialist experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain active licensure per individual state DOI requirements

- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Preferred: 3+ years of related insurance adjuster or recovery specialist experience
- Demonstrated success in negotiating complex claims
- Familiarity with claims-handling procedures
